House Flipping
Hello everyone,
As I said in my last post, I am a 20 Y.O college student (OSU Buckeye!) and I want to learn some ins and outs about real estate investing. If I have enough money to buy a cheap home and rehab it, what should I do afterwards? Should I try and find an agent to rent it out or sell it for me? Or is it cheaper to just try and do it myself? I guess what I really want to know is, what is the best way to go about this brand new experience so that I make the least amount of mistakes?
Thank you

Do you know what to do to sell a house? Surround your self with someone who does. It is best to get a real estate agent because the mls opens your house up to more buyers. The profit will be less but at least it will sell faster.
