Looks like the "reasonable man" standard applies, you might call some local PMs in your area to see if they could give a better handling on exactly what that means in your particular situation.Late Rent Fee in FloridaFlorida law does not have any requirements on if and how much a landlord can charge a late fee.

Oh man, @Lokesh Chikka Kempanna, this stinks! 

One thing I have mastered pretty well at this point is incorporating DocuSign for agreement signature to trigger the Welcome and Check-In information email. 

Due to its size it incorporates areas that are very expensive (such as Johnson place) along with much less expensive areas and everything in between.
