Thoughts on Evansville neighborhood

I’m doing my research on Evansville. I need some help from the locals regarding the following neighborhood. I heard that it could go street by street

47720 ~ Harmony Way (not too many renter in the area?)

47711 ~ 100 block of E Powell

47713 ~ 200 block of N Sherman

Hey, I have lived in and bought five properties in Evansville and I am most familiar with 47713, 47714, and 47715. 47720 is kind of out of the way not really in Evansville so most people own their homes. 47713 is a probably your best best in terms of large number of renters and opportunities. 47711 I am not familiar with but it looks pretty sparse as well. I would recommend flying to the area to get a good idea of what types of properties are available and people if you are going to be acquiring multiple properties there.
