So focus all your energy on acquiring leads and becoming knowledgeable on market trends, contracts, negotiations, and networking.

I'm hoping that some of the friendly BPers who deal with manufactured homes will offer advice, tips, resources, etc.

I am just now dipping my feet into real estate and this was a good resource!

CHBO / Corporate Housing by Owner has a CHBO Complete checklist that you can get for free when you register all the information is in the resource library. 

But I've noticed that some addresses as well as Listing Agent information aren't accurate, in the titled resources.

That said, you'll want to be very mindful of location: Many parts of Austell are in or near active floodplains, as evidenced by the catastrophic Flood of 2009 (https://www.weather.gov/ffc/atlanta_floods_anniv).The City of Austell Public Works Department provides comprehensive Floodplain Management services, including education, mapping, and many other resources, at https://www.apwsm.org.

It will bring up a property manager questionnaire and property manager interview worksheet that are nice resources to start with to help guide you on questions to ask them.
