I have a question regarding a mailing campaign we just did.

Still chugging along with direct mail campaign, driving for dollars and networking.

A basic radio , newspaper campaign to the local area would clear up all confusion , Apparently these municipalities and code enforcers rather play the Cat and Mouse game Do others have knowledge of the STR law  in the Greater Tampa Area  or other regions in FL ?

Also, the various information pages are different landing pages for the keyword groups I use in my PPC campaign.

We also have an in-house agent so we have an aggressive marketing campaign for her and she just takes a fee for service....I WANT TO MOVE PROPETIES PERIOD!

Quick question I've read a few times here on BP that its good to flyer a neighborhood as part of a marketing campaign.

Hey @Max Garcia JrMost people will say that a strong consistent direct mail campaign will be the best way to go.What else are you doing other than "Driving for Dollars"?

I moved from Bossier City, LA to Great Falls, MT and couldn't find, as many or, as good of deals off the MLS.So I decided to try a Direct Mail campaign, Yellow post cards from yellowletters.com.
