I'm not sure this is a good question to answer in the FAQ though, there are many variables and the answer can be Yes or No, depending on where you are doing it, if you're licensed, how you're structuring the deal, how it was presented to the seller, and how its advertised.

If zoning change needed, city will have to advertise it and public opinion and comments by neighbors would com into play..... again, you could approach the neighbors up front and see if they would offer support, especially if it would be freeing up off-street parking for them....Just food for thought.... :-)

Maybe some billboard advertising or advertising on bus benches might work in the area.- Maybe you can put flyers in local Veteran Outposts.- If you had a list of Veterans direct mail might work well. - On meetup.com, I bet there are a ton of Veteran groups that you could join and network through.
