School starts after Labor Day and ends before Memorial Day which works out perfect.Bonnet shores is nice but I think anything by Narragansett pier is better and also further towards Point Judith in areas called “eastward look” and “new eastward look”.

Plus, other states are going to legalize and Colorado will lose it's edge in that regard.So ya, don't invest in Pueblo because you think the weed industry is going to shore up the economy.But do invest in Pueblo if you understand it's pure cashflow at reasonable buy-in prices.

But I guess to be more accurate that does inlude a $1300 mortgage which is paid by my renters, and a payment on my heloc (that is only temporary as its still sitting as liquid in the bank since I need it to fund a rehab I am doing this month) so its closer to $3000 in just personal expenditures.

The only exception I can think of is that NAR members agree to go to arbitration instead of suing each other.In my part of MA, our local NAR / MAR affiliate is "Plymouth & South Shore Association of Realtors".

But with any flip, you just never know if that temporary will be permanent as not every deal makes money.....In my mind, it would be a calculated risk.
