Marketing don'ts

Hi everybody. Im not an agent yet but I am signing up for classes in January. My question is what kind of marketing is not allowed or frowned upon. The only thing I have received from an agent has been direct mail. I see wholesaler bandit signs every time I get in the car but I have never seen an agent do similar.

realtor is a common term, non-specific

Broker is that realtor responsible for all agents with which he/she has a relationship.  Typically reviews documents and retains a commission from Agents

Agent is the basic realtor who has passed the RE exam.  Must be associated with a Broker to offer services and close deals.

Code of Ethics & Conduct apply equally to all realtors
