Currently in Colorado but working Northern Worcester County virtually through some of my contacts there. 

Then when someone replies back to them asking to stop being contacted, they will post here being all amused/confused as to why anyone thinks they are scammy pests. 

@Amanda Gust - if you want to contact folks prior to the sale realize you are going to hit some walls. 

Either way, most of your deals will come from following up, not from the first call/contact.

I don't know how competitive your market is, but I am sure he has been contacted already about selling if he is behind on taxes.Hope this helps,
