Seeking legal help with establishing multi-member LLC in Colorado

Myself and some other investors want to setup an LLC to buy properties. We are thinking about an LLC with A and B shares but would be looking for advice.

Is there anyone you have worked with that you would recommend? The Louisville/Boulder area is most convenient. But really anywhere on the front range would probably work.
