I was wondering if any of you have had doubts in sharing your candidate property address and price?

I work full time in the agriculture industry and Kayla is currently finishing up nursing school. 

I was actually wondering, for those working in bigger projects even more so, how are they working their budgets?

But apparently the majority of this building is already sold out, with over 50% of the units being investors.I sent an email to the agent that had taken us through the presentation - and she agreed the numbers were likely accurate but I should be looking at this with a "long term view of the price appreciation and someone paying the majority of my rent".I'm wondering what the consensus is on 1 bedroom condos for renting, and the idea of negative cash flow? 

I wonder if I want to transfer the property I am buying under personal loan to LLC.

It is a duplex and I just finished renovating the downstairs and have it on the market.

Do anyone know the rents for a 3 Story house there. 3 bds, 2.5 baths finished basement. 2100 sq ft house.
