When the sun is out, the house is filled with all the natural light and it makes it very positive.

Sooner or later a municipality cannot pay for lights, road repair, even fire if there are not enough people paying into the system.  

I am completely overwhelmed by picking out a stain color.

Stain color and gloss are all dependent on the type and size of the room.

I can tell you, just starting in commercial appraisal, you will be doing all the basic research for the subject property, comp research, pulling demographic data, macro/micro market research, light report writing, and maybe site visit help so bring this up to them that you wish to do this for them until you are ready to write reports.

(We will take notes on color/material combinations and kitchen arranges any time we see something outstanding)4) It shows what type of houses to pass on (bad neighborhoods, busying streets, tiny bathrooms/kitchens, behind highways, railroad tracks, etc... 

They worked great in light rain, but during heavy rains, not all of the water could get into the little holes in the leaf guards. 

Its not something to take lightly.
