Ceramic tile can last a very long time unless somebody purposely damages it or drop something heavy on it and cracks it.

In the last 12 months, there are 4 multifamily properties that are new construction in Charlotte.

I have wasted the last six months trying to refinance this property missing out on deals because no one can deliver.

For the first floor they will not provide any copy of an old lease and will only provide last two months of payment history for the building. 

Professionals with decades of experience and very impressive track records do all the heavy lifting for you.

That was never going to last.

I still do that as well as some average starter home flips Though not recently due to market conditions last few years.I have crews that are 1099 and others on payroll so I have a mixture depending on the trades and the projects I have on my books.
