Manage flip business - juggling projects and crews
I've done a couple projects and want to gear up to a more steady operation.
What size crew do you use to do flips and are they mostly full-time employees or 1099? With that crew, how many flips do you need to plan in a year to keep them busy? I recognize that light vs heavy renovation impacts this and we tend to find projects that require more intense rehab than just cleaning and painting.
THANKS!!
