I just want to sort out who, either in my family or otherwise, has had their fingers in the property because I don't want to pay the taxes for someone else and not have claim to the property.

Some lady purchased it at the sale and looking in the public records it's the only property she owns other than her primary residence. 

Great technology at their finger tips, yet they still loose money.   

I fold the wad under my index finger and count the greasy, sticky bills out straight with both hands, in the old middle-Eastern way.

I've got a lady that does that work and I've never given her a 1099. 

That being said, of course there are pitfalls and understanding is key to not get your fingers burnt.the law Chris was referring to, SB1309 is SB1079 - Its really designed for tenants of a foreclosure property to have the chance to purchase it as their primary residence instead of it being sold to an investor.

I did a search for my particular question, but did not quite come up with an answer.I currently have a vacancy and just received a voicemail from a lady on Section 8 who visited the property this past weekend.

Pay rent ladies or get out.
