Looking for a short-term rental management company

I’m looking for a short term management company for 2 houses out in Richmond Kentucky. They sit on a 6 acre property and it has a 6 ft high 80 ft wide waterfall in the backyard. The house is 180 years old but fully renovated and the pole barn apartment is all newly renovated. 

House is 3-4 bed 3 bath 3000 sq ft. Barn is 3 bed 1 1/2 bath 2000sq ft.
