New to foreclosures
Hey all, I've successfully managed to buy, renovate, and rent 2 properties and am getting interested in foreclosures. I signed up for notifications in my area, and can see what properties will be coming up for auction at our local courthouse. The plan is to do as much homework as possible and learn how the process works so I can understand a good deal and low risk when I see it. Any tips or next steps? I'm in Northern California. Thanks!
