However, with all that being said I can go out and get a job but I realized that doing so will just put my back in that same cycle and I will never give myself the opportunity to live out my passion for real estate, gain financial freedom and most importantly have time to be a father and husband to my wife and children. ok, (my journey is a lot more elaborate but because I don't want to bore to death I will save some of my exciting stories for later conversations) I am  eager to learn as much as I can from you guys and can't wait to hear from you.Thanks for having me,Odlin Sainvilus

Renting to children in these buildings is a scary proposition.

This is an old post, but I'm in the exact situation, and I'm curious if the same advice would hold true.I'm moving from MO where I had a Series LLC and a couple of children under it. 

And when it displays, I say filtering to protect against illegal activities and protect children.

Same thing with job loss, sick children, injury, car trouble etc.....None of it & I mean none of it matters.

My goal is to create a real estate business so that my children can be exposed to a different life than me at an earlier age.
