Solid Foundation for future of my family

My name is Robert Jones. I am currently in my last semester of college. My goal is to create a real estate business so that my children can be exposed to a different life than me at an earlier age. I’ve done some research and it seems as if whole sale is the best way for me to enter with no capital. How can I create a solid foundation to be most effective?
