Ideas... Cutting cord, Vac Rentals

Working on a project to cut the cord in six vacation rentals.

Experiment so far, I bought an RCA 32 inch TV with built-in DVD. I will supply about 20 DVDs per unit. There will be one of these in each unit.

I will offer the highest level of Wi-Fi internet, as all TV service will be streaming.

Two units are in one building together and four units are in another building together, so the Wi-Fi can be shared I will only need two services. About $140 each

There will be at least two TVs in each unit, with an Amazon fire stick.

I'm thinking either Philo TV or sling blue, which allows 3 streaming simultaneously at each location. Both are cheap.

Antennas do not work in my location.

There are a few free TV services, such as Pluto TV, Tubi...

Anyone do this? Anyone have additional thoughts? Or experience?

Is it realistic to have people logging into their Hulu or Amazon Prime or YouTube accounts here? Or that just opening up a lot of problems?
