I'm specifically interested in finding people outside of my network, or for advice/strategies on developing a network in a very focused way towards finding seller financing deals.I have MLS access and am thinking about reaching out to property owners, but I'm not sure what sorts of owners might be most open to seller financing.Thoughts?

FYI - these questions are posed because my staff and I are trying to create an appraisal of sorts on investment properties, specifically for lenders.

It's all networking, no selling of any sort.

You also need to build data on what sort of leads came from which campaign​s so you make increasingly​ infomed decisions every time you launch a new one.

I recall a NYT article about potentially doing a college of sorts down there with all the casinos closing.
