Hi BP Community!  

My name is Mike Oresar and I am a REI from a western suburb of Chicago called Downers Grove. I happened to stumble upon BP last week and have been blown away by the podcast content and the assorted discussions going on within the many forums. I had no idea that something like this existed! I am not a big social media person but this is right in my wheelhouse. I am currently focusing on building a portfolio of value-add class B-/C+multi-family properties in DuPage County over the next several years. I have had passive income streams through RE for the last 9 years and I am looking to focus on deploying capital into the multi-family space.
