I shopped 15+ lenders before I found a good one, but then I checked with Costco while I was in the process and found their lenders to be even cheaper. 

@Deangelo Mack Once you pay for the list you can download the file with the owner's name, mailing address and property address.Think about doing some comparison shopping with a List Broker who can make recommendations for multiple lists so you don't have to put all your trust into just the Absentee Owners.

It's not a special gift or anything, it's just I sacrificed so much of my time in the beginning, that it's now paying dividends. 

I like Bethel CT since it has a nice downtown area and there are plenty of properties within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

BUT I would give them a $50 or $100 Amazon or grocery store gift card after it’s all done and thank them for their patience.

If someone wants to believe that a hand written letter is gods gift to men they will see it.I have done tests.A professional letter will outperform a professional letter any day.The point of a personal letter is to come across as not a mass mailed spammy letter.
