Continue with that dedication and determination, while never set a glass ceiling, and you will crush every single one of those goals.

I ACH all my seller carried loans, so everything lines up with the amortization schedule....one dedicated account/share for each property...no confusion on record keeping. 

Make sure you study up and build up reliable teams ahead of time so everything is in place when you get your first property.

I would be managing myself remotely so settling on an area with reliable ground teams is also important.
