contractor, property manager and wholesalers Fayettville, NC
Hello all from Florida! I am seeking to build a team in Fayetteville, NC to start buying properties. If you are an excellent contractor, property manager or wholesaler in Fayetteville, NC, I would love to hear from you. I am currently seeking multi-family properties with 5+units, but will also be purchasing SFH, duplexes, triplexes and quads. Lets connect and all win!

Hey there, so I recently bought a house in Fayetteville to rent out. Just want to say be careful. There are a ton of really bad contractors in the area. I had a lot of bad luck there with the real estate agent I chose and the contractor companies. Do not use Carolina Lawn care to do any work whatsoever. Yes they do more than just lawn care, but I wouldn't trust them to cut my grass. They painted my house the same color it was before even though I told them what colors I wanted. Mom and son is another who you should not use. He makes up excuses to not show up and then after the 4th time he cant come he tells you its too much work to do. My agent was also terrible and if you don't know what you are doing you could wind up getting in big trouble and even if you do it could still come back to bite you. I am using Regency Property Management to manage the property and so far they are really great to work with. So that's all I can recommend. I deal with Isabella and she and that company are the only people I have dealt with that have your interests in mind.
