New Investor in Austin, TX

I am a new investor living in the Austin, TX. Currently, I am looking at deals ranging from far North Austin to San Antonio and anything in between. My main strategy is BRRRR, but am open to educating myself in all areas of REI. I would love to connect with other investors to bounce ideas and strategies off of in hopes of furthering my REI knowledge from your experiences.

I am also open to partnering with someone on any upcoming deals and beyond. My background is heavy in property management as this has been my regular job for the past 10 years. I have experience managing properties in Austin, San Antonio, and other markets within Texas. My long term goal would be to partner up with someone who would want to continue doing deals together and build up a portfolio of rental properties.
