We only moved the toilet about three feet to the shower, so it's not like it's long distance heavy lifting to put it back, if they want.108 year old house, FHA and HUD and income taxes didn't even exist when it was built.There was also some other little stuff that was a few hours in an afternoon of work for the buyers.

Looking at maybe just doing a basic white plastic tub with a plastic surround.Flooring – I need to get about 300 to 400 square-foot of tile installed.Basic handyman and drywall work – it looks like there are a couple of areas where water pooled outside of the house, and a little bit seeped in, so some drywall needs to be replaced, and probably add some type of sealant to prevent the leaking in the future.I have already been looking through many of the forums and have found a lot of great information.

I basically started at episode 1 and am working my way through them day by day on my commute to/from work (it makes the drive much more tolerable).The "live-in flip" idea sounds like a great idea!
