I don't know if this is possible since I'm an in-town host at the beach. 

@Kaylee Walterbach Coastal Beach towns and inner state destinations showed their resiliency through the pandemic while airports and airplanes continue to make headlines for all the wrong reasons, further endorsing ground travel is a great alternative.

This means she’s moving from Westchester County, NY to Palm Beach County, FL or in the local area.

Properties on hand are within .5 miles of beautiful beaches.

Prices where high because of rampant speculation i.e. housekeepers in Miami Beach were buying 3 condos at a time to flip.

We are wanting to do this in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, Alabama area.
