Daughter is taking a promotion. This means she's moving from Westchester County, NY to Palm Beach County, FL or in the local area. We're researching the feasibility of buying a housing unit (sfh with apartment or casita ideally) and/or a condo to STR. Obviously the regulations are going to be researched. I'm not new to regulations but I'm new to investing in this area. I looked on Airbnb and I saw listings here with registration and license numbers. I looked at places for sale and found it's like most hot markets today, going quickly. We have some time but I'm interested in connecting with anyone who lives and/or hosts in this market.
