Interviews for larger properties, while possible, get pretty cumbersome but you can selectively interview based on unit condition, payment history, potential to renew for leases near their end, or other VALID reason for singling them out (race, national origin, etc. are never valid).

You can provide them with a reason for not qualifying, but always ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and familial status.

That will be the best way to exit the rat race and attain financial freedom, in my opinion.

I'm trying to race against the clock and do this before others and beat competition and possibly price.
