Hi, my name is Al Verastegui. My wife and I are looking into real estate investing and have gone as far as signing up for a real estate seminar in the coming weeks. Before we dive into anything the seminar is promoting, we wanted to do some homework and find out if there was a better way to break into the business and educate ourselves without the huge expense of seminars. We live in the Dallas area and are looking to break away from our rat race careers. With the exception of purchasing our new home recently, we have no experience when it comes to real estate. We are hoping to learn and network with others who can give sound advice and encouragement. Looking forward to reading and discussions on BP.
