So at the end of the video you ask them to book a call with youSchedule page ,is the page where they book a call with you, and the last page is a survey page where they answer a bunch of your questions just for you to see if they have enough money to buy your product.The standard funnel page.In this space there is no difference.

Forget about the paid memberships. 

You can speak with an attorney but prior to that get a professional survey done. that will then tell you where everything is located. 

Also, recommend you get an existing survey from the seller.

Despite investing in surveys, planning, engineering, obtaining permits, etc., there is still the possibility that the land may not sell for a substantial profit.Additionally, the investment required in improving the land also involves time and energy.

Membership is cheap and networking etc is worthwhile..
