I never buy deals off of the MLS. There is too much competition and I like getting good prices.

My last couple of deals were based on Tired Landlords and vacant properties.

For instance, in California there are 93,803 vacant properties

In San Diego County there are 6,705 vacant properties

In Georgia there are 54,094 vacant proprties

In Indiana there are 62,077 vacant properties

In Ohio there are 106,515 vacant properties

Oops, looks like Michigan beats Ohio in this one with 117,177 vacant properties

Whadda mean there are no deals? They're pretty easy to find.
