Do i need to open a LLC company before start to do wholesaling ?
I am newbie in Wholesaling and i want to start soon. In order to start contacting those land owners and builders , do I need to have any business license first ?
Could I those those purchase agreements under my SSN personal number?

@Lucero Cruz Narino I mean, you don't HAVE to form one...but I think everyone would recommend for you to create one. Then you have a separate entity, separate bank accounts, and it will certainly be easier come tax time.
