I have seen the occasional teen that had everything and still made bad choices.

I just believe that big business is worse than big government and I certainly don't want wall street dishing out social security benefits, as they will likely do what they do with all funds, fee it to death with super bonuses, really, look at their record.

Occasionally I may travel out to look at homes when I have time, which is very little.

Think cafeteria food that's made for 100's versus a dish that is made to order for folks in a small group.

Also, it's very easy to start feeling sorry for people having to dish out money for application fees every time they apply for a rental home.

I'm more of a buy and hold guy, but not averse to an occasional flip or fix and rent.

There is also no prohibition against using that investment lake house for personal use occasionally.

Also, you can occasionally find good deals in Roxborough, and parts of the Northeast.
