Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm looking to sell an investment condo and purchase a lakehouse investment property. Is that allowed under the 1031 rules? I know they say it needs to be "like kind". Has anybody done anything like this? I appreciate your insight. -Jeff
