I assumed it automatically transferred to me at closing, but if you know something I don’t I’m definitely ears.

Because I am making positive cash-flow from RE and I keep my expenses fairly reasonable, I can now max out every single tax advantaged vehicle available to me at work.My suggestion is to grind it out for 4-5 years more but make sure you are investing at least 50k-80k a year for down payments on good RE deals that will cash flow and hopefully appreciate.

Even with the price increases that I’ve seen posted, I still think there’s meat on the bone.

Specifically, our architect is requesting an inspector to certify the construction of the fire rated/life-safety of the staircases/doors/ceilings/walls which requires an inspector who can perform probing.

If I had another 200k I wouldn’t want to “risk” it by adding 5 more incoming producing assets that pays for itself and a little meat left on the bone for me lol
