I have recently changed careers from the healthcare sector now to real estate investing. Since the first of the year, I have been attending several seminars on wholesaling and lease options.

Currently, I have been focusing on marketing and finding potential seller leads to do either wholesaling or lease options as the exit strategies.  I am actively looking for buyers in the Northern FL region as the seller leads are coming in.  I have yet to make my first deal, and I’m looking for a little guidance in the contract and closing phases of these types of deals.
