Out Of State BRRRR How did you set up your team?
Hey everyone,
I really want to start BRRRRing properties out of state. I wanted to ask, how you vetted our contractors and the process of after finding a property… how did you go about getting bids for the work to be done while being remote.
Sorry for such a newbie question but I feel like that’s the biggest thing from stopping me from going all out.
