Good afternoon,I stumbled across tax lien auctions here in my small county in GA.

I sent her an email reminding her to pay the outstanding rent plus the late fee, and a move out letter spelling out all her responsibilities to clean up and return all the keys/misc.

It's too late to discuss when the problem is already in your living room.

I realized that I cannot do it for much longer and found my calling "The Real Estate" :) I am hoping to find some encouragement here and for someone to say it's not too late :) I am looking for a starting point in terms of where do I start , what are the different opportunities or roles I can take up .

Has anyone had success with 30, 60, 90 day late lists companies to market to homeowners who cannot afford their home any longer?
