I didn't just see a year form now I'm thinking what I can do in five years, I didn't want to have nice things at the time because I know it will slow down to my goal which is become financial free. 3 years since I bought my first house I was able to save all the money that I made from the duplex and the house appreciated, so i was able to ask for an equity loan, and into my second home I put 20% down payment because that's the requirement for an investment property.

If you have have existing LEASES, you need to honor the leases until the end of the lease.  30 or 60 days, prior to the end of the lease send a notice to the tenant telling them of your intention not to renew the lease.If you have a month to month agreement or no written agreement, give a written 30 day notice to vacate.

I received 2 quotes for the roof replacement prior to and both quotes are lower than what I put the estimation at, I added about $2500 more after receiving their quotes.
