Obtaining REP status does not release prior passive losses. 

I have a HOA who is attempting to collect HOA fees for the period when the prior owner owned it.

The owners just bought the property, not knowing the prior owners had been banned and the property blacklisted.

My Goals. - Build A Network Of Buyers Within my Market Area. - Close Atleast 60 Deals Wholesaling by The end of Year. - Bulid My Own Team of Buyers agentsLender, Permit chaser, Contractors &Landscapers, Cold Callers, & Property Managers.- Travel The World While Doing Deals. 

But the most realistic goal I have is to get better at analyzing deals.
