This is my first post, I been thinking on helping people to achieve financial freedom for quite some time now. I really hope there are valuable informations u can take away from this post, anyway lets get started. My name is David and I'm 23 years old, right now I own six rental properties and it generated about 3,200 dollars a month, I first started investing in real estate in a duplex. I put down 5 percent of the down payment on a duplex that cost 290k, once I moved in the mortgage was 1589, I rented out a room for my friend for 650. Later I rented out the other side of the duplex to a family for 1650, the funny thing was that I was shy to tell them I'm the owner, I just told them that I work for a property management company. Anyway I'm making right around 550 a months after expenses, in the mean time I was working in a restaurant that I opened with my friends, I owns about 30% of the restaurant and I make right around 8000 a months from revenue and salary, I was working around 70 hours a week. However I never complained about the hours or how hard the job was, because I know I want to achieve early financial freedom. I didn't just see a year form now I'm thinking what I can do in five years, I didn't want to have nice things at the time because I know it will slow down to my goal which is become financial free. 3 years since I bought my first house I was able to save all the money that I made from the duplex and the house appreciated, so i was able to ask for an equity loan, and into my second home I put 20% down payment because that's the requirement for an investment property. The house was only 225k and it's a town home, the mortgage of the house is 1178 and the hoa fee was 180. I rented the house out for 1450, and I made around 100 form the house I know it's not much but it's still good to have it. Since then I was very fortunate to repeat the steps and generated enough money form the houses to pay for my loan on the 2016 Porsche Panamera and btw the income form the rent I got from the houses are paying for it monthly i don't have spent any of my earned income on the car. This is just really simple steps u can take that could generate money and everyone could started it if u have the knowledge and understand how to find a great deal. I would write about how to have a mindset when you are facing obstacles and how to get through it in my next post. Thank you for reading :)

are you happier owning the Porsche rather than owning 2 or 3 more doors?
