Beginning my Multi Family property investment journey
I am looking into doing a multi family property investment in the Chattanooga area sometime within the next few months to one year range. I am focusing on roughly 12 unit properties in the Hixson, Soddy, Red Bank area or renovating something on the outskirts of downtown and creating something similar. Currently, I am meeting up with a few investors with larger portfolios and experience in the field and learning all I can from them as well as networking and creating some contacts. My goal is to speak with a few more professionals in different fields related to multi family properties specifically. Does anyone here have a few recommendations on brokers, lenders, property managers, investors, etc? Or is there anyone local interested in meeting up or talking over the phone and giving some info and/ or advice?
