Rich,Since this is in the wholesaling forum, my bet is that Travis is looking for landlord buyers rather than tenant buyers.The property management firms might not be so willing to disclose things - ask and you will find out for certain.The ones that aren't property management firms would be landlords, who just might be interested in buying something if the numbers work for them.
