For Lease Signs an avenue to buyers?
There are a few For Lease signs in my area and I was wondering if it would be worth calling the numbers on the signs. I have hesitation because most of the signs are by property management groups and I'm not too sure if they would be willing to give up the owners info.
Thanks for any input on the subject.

Steve- any contact may lead to a deal, imo. It is always worth a call. Rich
