The first thing we noticed overnight was the platform's speed, which increased drastically, as well as the new customer support who were checking on us consistently (which was a new thing), so things were turning out for the best, and we were making 1-2 deals a month out of that. 6 months ago, 10 DLC was getting approved in 3-5 days instead of +10, and we upgraded to the managed plans, and had a person manage our accounts, and were able to get to 3-5 deals.

I have been working on a simular project with a business partner of mine.

I am looking for a property that fits my short term rental business needs, so far sticking with properties that are unincorporated and not part of any HOA are the best bet for the longer term.

If you need help, I would attend SJREIA or whatever equivalent there is in central Jersey as well.2) I would suggest buying a property (SFH or MH) in a location you can get you within 30 minutes, especially for your first deal.

I feel like this deal pencils at $365-375k but need to add a bathroom, redo kitchen and existing bathroom, close in garage port for more sqft, + cosmetics and new appliances.
