Simply call and ask how many bedrooms, when was the kitchen last updated and what work needs to be done to fix up the house.

For context, we own a condo unit in a two unit multi-family home. 

We bought a condo almost 2 years ago.

They stated they have "overflow" clients looking for 3 bedroom duplexes.

Since purchasing with the intent to live in it while we fix it up we have taken our time with the remodel starting with the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and family room that we aren't using regularly.
