Our apartment market is pretty hot at the moment, but there are deals to be had still.

My understanding is that series LLC's just haven't been fully tested for real estate so it's unknown how well they'll hold up in court at the moment.

People thrive off your accomplishments and you should steam roll off that. the moment someone says they couldn't do something or they failed because they weren't as on top of things as they should be, I'm instantly turned off and I expect that's the way other people should treat me as well.

This is a speculative industry that is constantly changing, only make decisions based on facts you have at the moment

I don't even have a signed contract yet so I think it might be too risky to lock at the moment.

How long did it take you from the moment you start getting involved/educated into real estate and developed your business plan/criteria   to when you actively started looking for deals to place an offer?
