Hello, BP. I'm new to real estate investing and I was wondering if there are any real estate clubs in the Stockton, CA area. I want to be able to connect with people in my local market that have an enthusiasm for real estate.

My goal is to help people find affordable and comfortable housing with as many modern amenities as possible.

I would suggest checking out Meetup.com and searching in the career and business section for groups within 25 miles of Stockton related to the term "real estate." Here are a few to get you started:
